SmartFTP make releases very frequently. This is mostly because they are very responsive to bug reports. As such, each version I use gets its own area.
From what I’ve seen, they do more than anyone to integrate with the operating system’s look and feel. It’s my favourite FTP client overall, although IE6’s multithreaded drag-and-drop was terrific.
