`Help` Menu in Firefox 2

Group web-based items together.
Put “...” at the end of all web-based items.
Use terms more consistently, such as “Website” instead of Web Site and Web.
Group local help system items together.
Access keys should be more convenient for the left hand.
Access keys should be applied to the most significant letter, if not the first.
For Internet Explorer Users would be unnecessary if Firefox followed Windows conventions in Windows builds. When that happens, remove this item.
