8^th Blood Donation (6^th March 2009)

Forgot to blog this at the time, but I gave blood today.

Had a trainee nurse remove my needle. Apparently I was her 13^th and hardly even noticed her do it! A small, deft motion and it was out. Completely painless and without alarm.

A pleasent contrast to my 7^th blood donation, where it proved a touch trickier to extract.
