Long Overdue (9^th August 2003)

I have rather skimped on the site updates due to having lots of projects on again. However, I have added Sin5k4’s lurvly Porsche 928 to the Vice section. Also, expect an update to the FlagStudio for Vice City as I have been testing what the unknown flags do.
