2009-09-05: Bug fixes for fresh installs and UI streamlining.

Interface

Dialog windows are no longer shown in the taskbar:
- Date and Time
- Open Many
- All Windows
- All Recent Files
Remove shared segments of paths:
- Only checks paths which include a slash, since unsaved new files have only a filename.

Bugs Fixed

Only the main window size and position was saved in fresh installs:
- Empty/missing values in textstudio.ini cause SettingsLoadError, even when the settings were unused.
- Added PATHS_MODE to the ReadSettings ignore list.
- SaveSettings no longer creates initial values for unused properties.
