2008-11-23: Bug fixes and UI tweaks.

File Handling

Open File first saves any change which were made to the list, as if you had pressed OK.
Save As now says File saved. in statusbar when successful.

Formatting

Fixed a tricky problem with CRLF becoming CR in TrimNewlinesFromEnd().
- Seems to fix many of the occassional newline bugs in Format > HTML *.
List HTML:
- Term no longer indents <dt>.
- Description continues to indent <dd>.
- Automatic Definition List does the same as above.
HTML Entities:
- Disabled at startup when no file was loaded.
- Pounds Stirling access key underline fixed.
